Everything is made from scratch and nothing is ever frozen.  I believe that when cakes are frozen, they lose some of their taste and texture. My confections are baked using good and fresh ingredients to provide the best quality desserts. All my desserts and decorations, from the cake to the buttercream, are prepared only days prior to the event.
