Doc McStuffins
I worked on the following cookies for my cousin in Illinois. As they celebrated her daughter’s 2nd birthday she requested cookies to hand out as Thank You favors to guests at the party.
This was a fun cookie set to make. Happy birthday Noelia!!
Because working on my blog takes so much of my time, I haven’t been posting my work lately. The fastest way for me to post my latest work is on Pinterest, Facebook and my new favorite Instagram. Check it out and join me!
I’ll be back with some details about these cookies.
Here is a quick look of the latest Transformer cookies I made.
A closeup of the cookie set.
Bumblebee
Optimus Prime
A final look of the cookies.
The cookie favors were designed for a birthday boy who loves Transformers.
You can find more Transformer cookies here. I will work on adding a few details of these cookies in the near future.
Spiderman Sugar Cookies
For all the superhero fans of Spiderman.
I may not like Green Lantern too much (hope my husband doesn’t read this!). I am also not a big fan of Superman either (oh gosh, I really hope he does NOT read this), but I don’t want to go into that. Spiderman is ok, I enjoy his movies.
I had the opportunity again to make Spiderman cookies. My son Noah was very excited to see that I was working on them. He suddenly asked me if I was going to make the “evil one”, he said, “the one with the pointy teeth”. I pondered for a moment and then realized that he was talking about the evil character that appears on the 3rd Spiderman movie. I kissed my son for the wonderful idea!!!
The Black Spiderman sugar cookie was born.
Besides the Spiderman cookies, I made some spider web cookies with a huge red spider that I think looks like the iconic arachnid from the comics. The eyes of the Spiderman cookies and the big red spiders were brushed with luster dust to give them shine.
I did make one of the black spiderman cookies with the sharp and point looking teeth. It was too scary for a 4 year old, so I decided to keep it. Noah didn’t even want to eat!
Here’s a final look of the cookies. I hope you liked them.
Lalaloopsy Sugar Cookies
I’m excited to bring you again the Lalaloopsy Dolls… in cookies.
I have made Lalaloopsy cookies several times now. You can check more cookies faces here and some assorted cookies that I baked for my niece here. This time I got the opportunity of making a new character, Dot Starlight.
Crumbs Sugar Cookie, my favorite!!! Of course…
Pillow Featherbed.
Dot Starlight
Dot was my latest addition to this Lalaloopsy sugar cookie collection. She is cute!
Mittens Fluff ‘N’ Stuff.
Before you start asking questions (to yourself or me), allow me to clarify. Whenever I see Mittens, her skin seems a little bit darker than the usual Lalaloopsy. I made a mistake, I admit it. I ended up using Dot’s icing color to cover some of Mitten’s cookies. It was way too dark for her, but I realized that too late. I still think she looks cute though, but if I have the opportunity to make them again I will make adjust the color.
Would you like to guess what is the hardest thing to do with these Lalaloopsy dolls cookies? The hair!!!I will explain later.
Anyway, did you like them? I always enjoy working on them.
Thanks for stoping by to check One Sweet Treat!
