I am NOT happy to admit that I do know what an LP  is. Many young people may call it a big CD, but it is really called a Long Play record. No, I am not old! Just old enough to remember that I owned some (well, many) of them when I was a little girl.

Back to the cake! This cake is designed for a young lady who simply loooves LP’s & writing. They requested having an LP and maybe a notepad on the cake, so here we go.

Long Play Record

This was a Chocolate Delight Cake with Raspberry filling and it was covered in buttercream.

You can’t really see it, but the LP actually has the lines that mark some of the tracks. I  thought it was cute.
